Tooling Support Specialist

Under minimal supervision, perform assembly and presetting of cutting tool and pallet assemblies for large CNC machine tools. Maintain work areas and machines by performing the following duties: daily and preventative maintenance on CNC machines, setting up and maintaining preset tools and pallet assemblies for CNC machines, support functions to allow unattended operations of CNC equipment, maintain a clean and orderly work area, comply with state and federal law safety regulations in addition to Oberg safety and security procedures, and other related duties as assigned. The successful candidate must be able to: successfully work as a team member, understand and apply work-related documents such as operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, understand and perform to job-related quality standards, methods, usage of inspection devices and reporting as required, read and understand blueprints, locate, diagnose and correct problems in equipment and systems utilizing test equipment and/or prior work experience, work 50 hours per week, and travel domestically and internationally. Additionally, the candidate must: have knowledge of basic inspection hand tools, have basic computer skills, possess knowledge of algebra, geometry, and trigonometry, be a U.S. citizen or be able to comply with U.S. export regulations, possess good mechanical skills and possess a high School diploma or equivalent.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
